General Motors or one division of General Motors or another has traditionally employed a good portion of the states work force, with the exception of the farming community. While not much actual assembly goes on in Indiana a good many internal components for the cars built in Detroit were actually made in this state. The city of Anderson being one of the major sources of this like AC/Delco and Muncie Transmissions.
The state’s largest cities as of this writing are Indianapolis in the center of the state, Fort Wayne in the north and Evansville. These three cities comprise well over half of the people in the state and some numbers even put that figure closer to two thirds.
Regardless of the numbers, that still leaves the vast amount of the state open and there is a lot of room for people to enjoy without the crowds.

While the actual Indiana foreclosure listing takes 150 days on average from the time it starts. Once the lender has begun the proceedings, they have to wait from three to twelve months before proceeding. This amount of time is decided by the date of the original execution of the mortgage when it had been drawn up and finalized.
When it comes time to do the sale it is handled by the sheriff in the form of an auction that is open to the public. The auction happens between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the date that has been set forth and upon winning the successful bidder receives a legal deed to the property.
